What is Clean booth?

Clean booth is a kind of rapidly-established simple clean room(or clean zone) with a variety of cleanliness level and space collocation. It can be designed according to the user’s demand, and  also a kind of movable sample purification device with small investment and high purification. Place the FFU on an aluminum profile holder, and seal it tightly, the surrounding of which is covered with anti-static curtain / anti-static plexiglass, and the bottom of the surrounding adopts positive pressure natural exhaust and other forms.

Modular Clean Booths are often used for localized cleaning in existing buildings and advanced cleaning inside Cleanrooms.

Clean booth  usually installed in cleanroom environment,which need higher cleanliness workshop  removes pollutants, particles, and contaminants from outside ambient air. Outside air is first circulated to a filter system. The filters (either HEPA or ULPA) then clean and decontaminate this outside air according to their specifications. The filtered air is then forced into the clean booth. Additionally, contaminated air within the cleanroom is forced outside the room by registers, or it is recirculated back into the filters, and the process restarts.The clean booth is flexible and can be extension for existing system, accommodate existing space and HVAC system.
