How Does a Hard Wall Clean Booth Work?

① Room Air Intake
Room air is drawn into the ceiling-mounted FFUs through the pre-filter.

② HEPA Filtration
Air passes through the HEPA filter to remove airborne particles.

③ Clean Air Supply
Filtered air flows downward into the enclosed clean zone.

④ Air Return / Exhaust
Air leaves through the lower exhaust panels, continuously removing airborne contamination.

2. What is the difference between a hard wall and soft wall clean booth?
