The function of air shower

Working principles:

Air Showers are used in clean room areas to remove dusts from outer surfaces of operators’ garment and clothing prior to enter into dust free environments.

Working process:Enter in to cleanroom

Air shower is a critical cleanroom entry chamber that decontaminates personnel and equipment using high-velocity, HEPA-filtered air through adjustable nozzles ,and when it hits dust and other contaminants on skin and clothing it forces them away from the body and deposits them onto filters.There are three working models:

Most air showers operate on a 15 to 30-second cycle, depending on settings and required cleanliness levels.

Yes,Both doors of the air shower are interlocking system,when one door is open ,the other door cannot be open ,doors cannot open at the same time .
